returns and exchanges
All returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached. Any items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing original tags may not be returned or exchanged.
Items purchased in store:
If purchased in store your return or exchange must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date. We honor a full refund for any items sold at full price. Returns on any items sold at sale prices will be honored with store credit only. Items reduced in sale greater than 50% are final sale. Returns and exchanges may be made at the location where the item was purchased. All in store purchases are final after 7 days from original purchase date.
Items purchased online:
If purchased online we offer a 21 day window to make your return or exchange. This window accommodates for shipping times. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any additional shipping of an exchange item. We honor a full refund for any items sold at full price. Returns of any items sold at sale prices will be honored with store credit only. Items reduced in sale greater than 50% are final sale. All online purchases are final after 21 days from the original purchase.
