Please call our customer service if you need to make a change to your order after placing it.  As a small boutique we do our best to read all emails throughout the day, but may not get to it within 24hr.  We do our best to get all orders processed and shipping out as soon as possible.

 

returns and exchanges

non-sale merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 21 days of purchase.

after the 21 days non-sale merchandise may be returned for exchanges or store credit

only. all sales are final after 60 days from date of purchase. no refunds on sale

merchandise; exchanges or store credit only for 60 days from date of purchase. all

returned merchandise must be in saleable condition. any worn, washed, or damaged

items may not be returned. if you are returning merchandise, you are responsible

for the cost of shipping to us. shipping charges are non-refundable. please note

 shipping fees will apply for replacement merchandise

 

returning merchandise

1. please ensure that your return complies with the flora and henri exchange and return policy.

2. place items you would like to return in a suitable shipping box.

3. enclose a copy of the original invoice.

4. please include a note with instructions that requests either a return or an exchange.
