Andres Chocolate Orange Peels

These dark chocolate orange peels have become a favorite among our selection of chocolates.

After we make fresh-squeezed orange juice for our Tea Room & Café, we use the peels to create this luxurious confection. The peels are candied in-house to ensure a maximum burst of flavor. Once they are candied (to preserve the peel and add sweetness), we cover them a total of three times in our signature Swiss dark chocolate.
