Shake the bottle thoroughly and drip a few drops into the water on an Aroma Lamp oruse a No17 Therapy Scent Box or Scent Plate with the lava stone by the bedside table and in the bathroom - the stones  just need to be dripped with 4-6 drops of oil to emit a subdued scent.
