The pot, essential and functional, is made of tri-metal: the outer chromed stainless steel guarantees greater heat conductivity and allows use on induction hobs; the first inner layer is made of aluminium for heat diffusion; the core is instead composed of stainless steel for perfect cooking.

To clean just use warm water and a soft sponge with a small amount of mild detergent. Washing in the dishwasher is allowed at low-temperature cycles (50° or Eco). Store the pot with care, to prevent any scratches on the coating.
