Shipping Policy

Flora and Henri is a locally owned and run boutique based in Seattle Washington. All orders purchased online, including international orders, are shipped from one of our two boutique locations in either Seattle, WA or Larkspur, CA. Orders are prepared 7 days a week and shipped out during weekdays, Monday through Friday. We provide tracking information via email for every shipment. Most orders are prepared and shipped within 24hrs of the purchase.


WE ARE VERY FASTat preparing and shipping your online orders! If you have a question about your order or need to make a change to your order prior to shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always to our best to accommodate you!


WE ENGAGE WITH FedEx, UPS and the United States Postal Service for shipping services. If you know of any conflicts between these couriers and your delivery address, please notify us and we will select the best alternative courier for your order.


SHIPPING FEES are calculated at checkout. You may review, edit, and inquire about any shipping fee you see prior to purchasing by contacting us via the online chat, email or phone (888)749-9698


FREE SHIPPING is available for orders over $250 (limited to domestic ground shipments.) Shipping fees vary for orders under $250. See fees at checkout.


LARGE AND HEAVY items require a small fee, and in some cases may not qualify for expedited shipping. Review fees for large and heavy items at checkout.


EXPEDITED SHIPPINGis available as an option for delivery addresses in the United States! All expedited shipping options and fees will be displayed during checkout. Please be aware that expedited orders may not ship on Saturday or Sunday but will otherwise typically ship out within 24hrs of the time of purchase.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  is offered for most locations around the globe. All options are displayed at checkout. If you do not see your location as an option during checkout, please send us an email including your name, delivery address and the item(s) you wish to purchase.  We will try our very best to accommodate you at any location! Please note, import duties and taxes may be applied to your shipment when it reaches your local customs office, at the time of import. Any import duties and tax fees are the customer's responsibility. To learn more about your regions taxes and fees, please contact your local import office. 


LOST, DAMAGED AND STOLEN SHIPMENTS  would be resolved between us, our customers, and our shipping service providers. We expect all customers provide a secure environment at their delivery address to receive their delivery. Unfortunately, there is very little we can do if no one is present to accept your delivery and your delivery address is not secure. If you think your order has been lost, damaged, or stolen during shipment, please contact us for assistance. Adequate information must be provided. Please comply with any request from us for additional details as we work toward a resolution to lost, damaged and stolen shipments.
