An homage to Madeleine de Maupin - "horsewoman, fencer and renowned 17th century dissident" - Cire Trudon's scented candle is bursting with top notes of Clove, Castoreum and Lavender that celebrate her "audacious spirit". Iris, Jasmine, Rose, Vetiver and Patchouli give this fresh fragrance a warm yet spicy depth, while a base of Leather, Moss and Tabac lingers long after it has extinguished. The hand-blown glass vessel is adorned with the brand's signature gold Gosset stamp.
