Decanter Painted Butterflies

Hand painted butterfly decanter made from ultra-thin crystal. 

 In collaboration with Lobmeyr, the New York designer Ted Muehling creates a fanciful collection of hand blown glassware that draws inspiration from 17th century enamel paintings of insects and butterflies.

In this undeniably pretty and enchanting collection from Lobmeyr, the decanter makes a charming addition to a table setting or on a bedside table.

For nearly 200 years Lobmeyr has placed great faith in craftsmanship, excellence in design, and values shared from one generation to the next. Every Lobmeyr piece must pass through at least 24 pairs of hands and four quality controls before leaving the facility.
