

An extra virgin olive oil from the Levantes Family Estate on the island of Evia, Greece. The Levantes Family carefully collect the olives by hand when still green to orange and almost ripe, then separate them by variety group and press them within 5 to 7 hours in their privately owned mill, in temperatures below 28°C, with no addition of water. Special Attributes: 100% Koroneiki variety.
